We strive to provide all our guests with an extremely high level of comfort, tranquility and security.
These Rules are based on our many years of experience, established standards, as well as on the current Bulgarian legislation.
Grand Resort Pamporovo guarantees its guests confidentiality.
The purpose of the regulations is to support and guarantee the maximum safety and satisfaction of the guests of Grand Resort Pamporovo.
The hotel is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Check-out is until 11:00 a.m., check-in is after 3:00 p.m.
Upon arrival at the hotel, the guest is required to present a personal document.
In case of preliminary termination of the stay, the amount paid is not refunded.
Your desire for early check-in or late check-out will be satisfied if possible, only after prior clarification with the reception and against payment of the relevant fee.
Please contact the reception immediately if you lose your hotel key card. In order to be issued a duplicate, you need to present an ID card.
Towels: We kindly ask you not to take white towels out of your room.
In order to provide our guests with an exceptional feeling of cleanliness and tranquility, we reserve the right of access to the rooms for the purpose of cleaning, maintaining, checking the condition of the furniture and appliances in them or to prevent disturbance of the internal order in the hotel.
For items left unattended in the room or on the territory of the hotel, the guest is responsible.
Items forgotten by guests are kept for up to 1 month.
We ask you to protect the property of the hotel and observe the fire safety rules.
Before leaving your room, please close the windows, water taps, turn off the lights and electrical appliances.
Each guest is responsible for the damage caused (intentional and unintentional) on the territory of the complex, caused personally by him. The hotel reserves the right to charge to the guest’s account a fee for the damage caused, according to a price list provided at the Reception, which the guest must pay.
The guest compensates for the value of the damaged property in the hotel.
Smoking in the rooms and in all indoor areas on the territory of the complex is prohibited. In case of a violation, a fee of BGN 200 will be added to the room’s account.
Parking cars at the entrance and exit of the hotel, as well as in a way that blocks traffic, is prohibited.
