Check-in starts at 15:00, check-out is until 11:00. If you need early check-in or late check-out, please contact the reception – we will try to assist according to availability.
Reservations are made online or by contacting us. For confirmation, we require a deposit or prepayment (according to the selected package). The rest of the amount must be paid on arrival or in another pre-arranged way. Payments can be made by card or cash.
The standard price includes: use of the apartment, breakfast, ski transfer to the ski slopes, parking, tour. Package, tour. Tax, free Wi-Fi, use of common areas (lobby, heating, etc.). Additional services such as transfer, ski started services, car rental, etc. can be requested/paid additionally.
For each reservation, a free outdoor parking space is provided next to the complex. Parking is available to all guests throughout the stay and does not require prior reservation.
The apartments are equipped with a fireplace, kitchen (refrigerator, hob/cooker, utensils), TV, Wi Fi, heating, bathroom. Some types also have a balcony/terrace. Bed linen and towels are provided.
Pets are allowed for a fee of BGN 30 per night. Please let us know at the time of booking if you plan to travel with a pet.
Early check-in is possible for a fee of 50 BGN, depending on the availability of the apartment.
Late check-out until 14:00 is charged 60 BGN, and after this hour 60% of the price of the night is charged. Please inform the reception in advance if you wish to take advantage of these options.
We work all year round and during the winter period the minimum stay is 2 nights or more. In the summer period according to the conditions. Check specifically when booking.
The complex is located in Pamporovo resort. If necessary, we can assist with a transfer from/to the airport or station of Plovdiv or Sofia for a fee. If you arrive with your own transport – we indicate a route and parking information.
In the winter season: ski slopes, ski schools, equipment rental.
In the summer and in the intermediate seasons: hiking, cycling routes, nature and good air in the Rhodope Mountains.
Our team can give up-to-date information and assistance in organizing.
The complex has a round-the-clock reception or concierge, access control, video surveillance and periodic technical maintenance of the common areas and installations.

From the main road Plovdiv – Pamporovo, follow the signs to Pamporovo. After entering Pamporovo, continue along the main road leading to the Snezhanka Tower. Grand Resort Pamporovo is located on this road, just before you reach the tower area. You will see the clear signs that point you to the complex.
